Hi , welcome to the Simply Body Love 30 Day Challenge.
On this page you'll find everything you need for this program along with information about how to use the program and how to use the support system.
Over the next 30 days, you're going to be challenged to take a step up in your health and fitness and put yourself firmly on the path to a happier, more vibrant, life. A challenge to become an even better version of yourself and I'll be here to support you to take that step up to the next level.
There are some special gifts to help you do just that, and I'm going to be supporting you with daily emails and videos that will handhold you throughout the whole process and tell you step-by-step what you need to do to stay on track.
So Let's Begin...
Each day you'll receive an email, which will remind you to login, and watch the short daily video.
Your daily videos will tell you everything you need to know for that day. These will be available to you on that day's page in the members' area.
You'll get a small task to do each day, and, on some days, you'll have access to audio tracks that you will be able to stream live from this members area and we'll show you how to do that.
Lastly, the 30 Day Workbook, will handhold you through the whole journey and there's a support system if you get stuck or have questions.
As part of our FREE 30 Day Challenge, throughout the program, we'll be giving you access to some of our best home transformation audio tracks.
These will be available to you on certain days of the challenge and you'll be able to stream them live from that day's page. You can find the links to each individual day page on the right-hand side of the screen.
Remember you will only be able to access each day as you go along the challenge, so there's no peeking ahead. But, in case you're busy that day or miss out for any reason, don't worry, you'll still be able to access each day's page and gifts for a full 72 hours, which means you can always catch up on something you missed.
If you've already bought other programs that include audio tracks in them, you can access, stream, and download those tracks from the My Programs section.
In the Upgrade tab you can upgrade to the programs that you don't yet have.

"The biggest part of this challenge is delivered through a series of daily stretch goals or tasks, that are designed to push you slowly, but consistently, out of your comfort zone. Each day over the next month you will receive a short video that will outline your challenge for the day. Each task is short and simple, and they build on each other as the challenge progresses to take you places you'd never expect."
