Your first track as part of your trial is the Beliefs track from the Mental Strength pack.
We all have beliefs, some give us inspiration, some hold us back. This track will help you understand what beliefs you hold, why you hold them and how to change them.
When you've listened to it, click on the Tasks bar below and follow the short instructions to reap the full effects of this program.

- Pick a limiting belief that you have around your body, your health or your fitness.
- Write down 5 reasons why you think that belief is true.
- Now, for each reason you wrote down, underneath it, write down 2 reasons why that reason is "TOTAL BULLSHIT" (and yes - that's the technical term!)
- Then Write down the polar opposite belief of the belief that you originally picked
- Write down 5 reasons why that belief is true instead.
- For the next 72 hours try using this new belief instead and ACT accordingly. If you ever struggle just look back at the lists of reasons to why your previous belief is "TOTAL BULLSHIT" and why your new belief is true. Just Keep adding more reasons whenever you think of them.
