Body Blaster Day Two

"Clear, Organise and Rejuvenate One Area Of Your Life."

This could be as simple as clearing out one messy drawer or you could organise your whole house. This can involve giving away the things you no longer use and need or it can simply be about bringing things into order. How clear, calm and efficient our living and storage space is, often is a reflection of how clear and calm our internal mind is. When making changes in our inner mind it can be very helpful, therefore to make changes in our outer life. Remember this isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress. So, pick one area to bring into clean order and balance and enjoy it as a sign of things changing in your life.

"Never too old, never too bad, never too late, never too sick to start from scratch once again."

It can be so easy to think that because we have been a certain way for so long, that it will be impossible to change. In fact change is inevitable. Everything is always on the move and if we allow ourselves to relax into the natural flow of things, we are actually more likely to enjoy discovering new ways of doing things. All too often people fight to stay where they are. Give up the fight, believe things can be different and let yourself experience in new ways that are more calm, clear, organised, healthy, happy and balanced. Let life and light move into all your dark corners…

"By changing nothing, nothing changes."

Most people want their lives to be different, want their bodies to be different, want their energy levels to be increased but internally they want to remain exactly the same person. They want to have the same life and yet have a completely different life. If you want to experience change in your life, you have to celebrate changing how you do things. We cannot do the same things over and over again and expect things to be different. This change works best when we don’t see the change as a chore, but instead we see it as an opportunity to get excited about discovering new ways of being you. This is not a creation of something new, but more the eternal unfolding of who you really are. This process is something to be marvelled at and celebrated.
