Your extra bonus task for the 30 Day Challenge is to get an accountability buddy. Someone that's going to hold you to a higher level, and someone that you can do the same for. Being held accountable is one of the most important support structures you can put in place. You can get a buddy from someone else doing the FREE 30 Day Challenge in the Support Group, or you can just get a friend or family member to do it with you. Once your buddy and you are both on the challenge start holding each other accountable. Here's how... You will be speaking with your buddy each day for 6-10 minutes. That's 3-5 minute each. PUT THIS ON A TIMER. WHEN THE TIME RUNS OUT - HANG UP THE PHONE! Start by going through the structure of the daily questions in the success journal. You can support your buddy both with understanding and tough love, but make sure you hold them accountable. Keep feedback concise and to the point. And give one or two points for your buddy to think about or work on, rather than a whole list!
