  2. Pick one of those beliefs or sets of beliefs.
  3. Listen to the Beliefs Track (See Today's Tracks Section)
  4. Implement any new decisions you create with actionable goals you can take in the next few days.

Welcome to Day 8 and the last day of our 'Food Week'.

You've taken a step out of your comfort zone and we've been looking at how to solidify that step and make it permanent. And so far you've identified and had some resolution conversations with the resisting parts of yourself.

Today we've going to look at solidifying on a different level. Because today we're going to start examining your beliefs.

So go to the Track's section and listen to the 'Beliefs' track if you haven't done so already. And like always, write down what comes up in your awareness journal after you've listened to the track.

If you create and resolutions or agreements with yourself during the process, then ensure you implement them by creating specific actions or stretch goals around them, and obverse what happens, watching for any deeper resistance.

And remember to keep to your food Stretch Goal for the week. Even if you've not been totally successful, it's not about perfection, let go of any judgment, and keep going.

If you're really struggling, then lessen your stretch goal to make it easier. If you're not finding it challenge enough, increase your stretch and make it harder!
