Hello and Welcome to Day 7, you're one week into your challenge now and what we've been focusing on so far is your diet; what you eat and drink.

This week we've been getting you to take a step up in terms of improving your diet.

The important thing, as with everything hat we do here, is not that you make a huge change, but rather that you make a permanent one and that you know not hope that you can maintain yourself at this new level. Then, and only then, will we take another step up.

But the primary thing is to be able to solidify and maintain each level of progress as you achieve it. To create it as a natural part of your lifestyle so you know it's dealt with once and for all.

So let's look at your step up this week...

How's it been going?

If you've noticed resistance coming up that's a good thing. It means you're out of your comfort zone, which means you're growing! All the internal resistance that you've become aware of has always been there, and it's been stopping you from playing at the next level, whatever that is for you. And until that resistance is gone there's little point in trying to take more steps forward because eventually, it's going to pull you back again.

It may be a slightly longer path, and when you clear all the resistance out the way each step along the way, you never have anything to hold you back again.

Yesterday you started to clear one area of internal resistance using the "Inner Change" track. You may have found that in that one session you and that resistant part of you came to a resolution and decided on a new way of being from here on. And if that's the case, that's great, and what you'll want to do now is to implement these new 'ways of being' of actions the exact same way that we created and implemented you stretch goal earlier in the week.

Schedule it, observe and record you results. Where you notice resistance, have a dig deeper into it using one of the tracks.

It's also possible that you didn't get to the point of creating a resolution. It's even possible you didn't even get to connect with that part of you, let alone open a dialogue. And if that's the case, that's absolutely fine.

It's very common for it to take time for these parts of you that have been resisting, to learn to open up and trust you. Just with any relationship, it takes time to develop a strong deep trust, so all you have to do is just keep going back.

Think of it like re-parenting yourself and these parts of you can be thought of just like lost children. All you have to do is keep showing up and let them know you love them.

So today, just look at where you are and think what's the best next step for you. If you don't know, listen to the Inner Guide track, and ask your own advice, or even just hang out with yourself for no reason other than that you're wonderful!
