We've got you looking at what you eat, and slowly but surely improving that, we've been pushing you of your comfort zone with your exercise, we've been examining your beliefs, changing your mindset, altering your relationship with yourself and your body, creating self-love, learning to relax and put yourself first, And it's still just the beginning!
There's so much more for you to achieve, and learn and grow with and I'm so excited for you to be on that path now. The possibilities are limitless.
Today we're going to get you to fill out your final finishing position for the 30 Day Challenge. And as you do, think of it like a diploma, that graduates you to forever play a new and better game of life.
From here on the world is your oyster.
Go to the workbook and just as you did on Day 1 fill out each of the positions to see where you've changed. (This includes taking 10 minutes to complete the fitness test).
And remember it's not the size of the change that matters it's the stability, the longevity of it.
