Welcome to Day 3 of your 30 Day challenge.

So far we've had you look at what you want to achieve, and think about how you can make your dreams a reality by taking one small step forward at a time through listening to the Comfort Zone Track. And then yesterday we began our week looking at your diet by creating awareness around what your current diet looks like by starting your food journal, which you should still be using up until tomorrow.

But for today, I want you to take the opportunity to use today to get clear on what is a good or healthy and goal appropriate diet.

Remember to look at this, not in terms of "What will make me lose weight quickly?" for example, but rather "What is a sustainable way of eating for life?"

Yes, there may be fluctuations at times where, for certain periods, you want to achieve something specific, but generally speaking your diet should be pretty consistent through out your lifetime and should enable that lifetime to be a long and active one. If not, you're doing something wrong!

In the download today ('The Fuel Guide') you can get some overview guidelines on what foods are better or worse for you, and some recipe ideas, but remember that these are just guidelines. It's for you to decide what you want to create for your body over the next few months and beyond.

Use today to contemplate what your healthy diet would look like in an ideal world. You don't need to do anything about it today, but just use the time to get really clear on what it would look like in an ideal world.
