Hello and welcome to Day 28 of your 30 Day Challenge and we're really closing in on the finish line, just two more days to go!
So how have you done? Over the last four weeks, you've been stepping out of your comfort zone in diet, exercise, mindset and self-love and rest. Step by step you should have been growing and taking your health and lifestyle to a new level, and one that can be maintained.
Quick results are never what's important, what is vital, critical in fact, is that what you do achieve is manageable and maintainable. Permanent change is what we are after!
So today it's time to reflect upon how you've faired over the last month. Where you've done well, where you could have done better and most importantly how you can improve moving forward. Because that's the whole point if everything we do. To make the future even better.
So as you consider thing over, one of the main focuses should be on what you're going to do next.
