Hello and Welcome to Day 27 of your 30 Day Challenge. And as we get to the last few days it's time to turn your focus towards the future and moving forward from here.
So the first thing to start to think about is how far you have come and where you are now.
These whole 30 days have essentially been about beginning to transform your relationship with your body.
So today I want you to listen to the Body Relationship track and then take a few minutes to write down how your relationship with it has changed over the last few weeks.
And then lastly have a think about what you'd like to commit to creating over the next 30 day or even the next 90 days and beyond.
The future is bright and it's for you to decide what to create with it!
