Welcome to Day 26 of your 30 Day Challenge and you're nearly there!

This week is all about Self Love and today we're going to do that in a way you've done before in this challenge, but is something you want to continue, by keep doing on a regular basis.

Today you're going to have a look at any internal resistance that has arisen for you. Remember now you're pushing yourself on 4 different fronts and have been moving constantly and consistently out of your comfort zone for a few weeks.

Today's the day to check in with yourself. Consult your awareness journal if you need to, but, generally, today is time to support yourself, to understand that being out of your comfort zone isn't easy and remind yourself to take it one step at a time.

You can choose how best to do this, with one of the tracks or just be taking some time out to look after yourself and appreciate how well you're doing.
