Welcome to Day 25 of your 30 Day Challenge. It's that time of the week to evaluate your exercise routine and create another step up for yourself.

By this point, this should be old hat and you should notice that there is more excitement and less trepidation about setting another stretch goal.

The more you do these exercises the better you become at them, and the more comfortable you find yourself with being uncomfortable.

Remember along with your exercise stretch goal, today you get to implement your stretch goal in area number 4 – Self Love and Rest. Whatever you decided yesterday starts today, so remember to implement that too!

And above all, just keep going! You're doing fantastically and you're less than a week to the end of your 30 Day Challenge and the start of the beginning of a new you!
