Welcome to Day 24 for your 30 Day Challenge. And the second day of your week focused on Self Love.
As you continue to maintain your I Love Me list, today's task is to look at your rest and sleep patterns that you have on a regular basis.
Today, download the worksheet and fill in the sections where you have had sleep or rest over the last 3 days, and also whether it was uninterrupted or interrupted/disturbed rest or sleep. Whether that's because you had the TV on or because you had other things to do at the same time, it doesn't matter, it counts as being interrupted or disturbed rest.
And then, similarly to our diet and exercise tasks over the last few weeks, write out what you think you should be doing instead sleep and rest-wise. And then set yourself a stretch goal for the rest of the week to ensure you get enough sleep / rest to achieve the success you desire.
And that's it for today. Just create your sleep journal and set yourself a stretch goal in that area.
