Welcome to Day 23 of your 30 Day Challenge. This time next week you'll be completing the challenge and crossing the finishing line.

So today is the start of your week focused around Self-Love and rest. 'Rest and Relaxation' is perhaps the single most undervalued aspect of modern life. In our 24/7 non-stop societies we're constantly being pushed to keep going, be better, work harder and all too often we simply start to burn out.

Looking after yourself is the most important thing you can do – period! Everything in yourself life is dependent on you! Without you there is no "your life", so literally everything else should come second. But it rarely does!

Parents often put their kids first, business owners become servants to their work, and it can go like that in every area. We are often the last thing on the list to take care of.

But in order to give 100% to any of the things you care about, then you have to be at 100% yourself!

Everyone charges their phone up when the battery is low, but when it comes to ourselves, we're not always so good!

Just like on a plane where you should put your own oxygen mask on first before that of loved ones, the same applies in life in general. The most important thing is to look after yourself, then you will be able to look after others the way you want to be able to.

So today it's time to just take time out to look after yourself. Give yourself a little TLC.

Listen to the relaxation track, run a bubble bath, read a book, play piano, do some gardening, whatever you like, but it's 30 minutes just for you. Solely to recharge your batteries and for pampering yourself.

And remember what the good people are Nike and L'Oreal say…
