Hello and welcome to Day 21. It's officially been 3 weeks since you began the challenge.

Today I want to take a few minutes and have a look at your inner dialogue. A few days ago we began a technique to start to change the way you think about yourself and alter your inner dialogue so your self-image transforms over time.

Let's first have a look at why your internal dialogue is so important. To allow you to see the impact of repeated messages try this out:

Complete the sentence, "A Mars a Day helps you…"

If you said 'Work Rest and Play', then firstly you might need to go back and review the nutrition information we shared in Week 1, because that's certainly not true!

But, more importantly, it highlights the power of advertising. That advert hasn't been on TV for over 10 years now, yet nearly everyone pulls out the response that a mars a day helps you work, rest and play, as if it's an absolute truth of the universe.

Why? Because the good people at Mars understand the value of repeating a consistent message. They never say "Mars might not be the best product" or "Buy Apples". No. They stick to one message, consistently and repeatedly.

Imagine what would happen if you advertised the success of your life to yourself as well and consistently as Mars advertise their product!

You'd be unstoppable. So today, start to become aware of your own inner dialogue. Notice where it's negative or not conducive to your success and then don't judge, but just change it!

Keep using your I Love Me list to reframe your internal self-image. And today become the new head of advertising for Your Life Incorporated.

And let's make it a success!
