Hello and Welcome to Day 20 of your 30 Day Challenge and it's time to take a step up in a different way.

 

Today it's time for you to pilot your own destiny and take control of the reigns of your success. Up til now I've been guiding you and telling you what track to listen to on what day, what tasks to do and what to focus on. But today that's going to start to change.

 

Today your task is to look at how you're doing in each of your 3 areas, diet, exercise, and mindset.

 

Evaluate whether you're achieving all your aims, or whether you're struggling, what areas of resistance have come up for you. And then decide what would be the most appropriate response to it. You can find all the tracks in the Tracks section.

 

If you notice areas of internal conflict then use the Inner Change track to hold an internal negotiation around the issue.

 

If you become aware of limiting beliefs you hold, then listen to the Beliefs tracks to investigate further.

 

If you find yourself in need advice or being unsure of what to do next listen to the Inner Guide track.

 

If you feel to improve your relationship with your body, use the Body Relationship track.

 

If you want to remind yourself to keep going, taking things one step at a time, listen to the Comfort Zone.

 

And if you feel everything is going well or that you've been doing great but pushing yourself really hard then draw a bath, and listen to the Relaxation track.

 

This is where you really start to take control of your results and destiny. Today is when you begin to reclaim your power to be able to do this all by yourself and know you can always succeed.
