Hi and Welcome to Day 19 of your 30 Day Challenge and by now you should be firing on all cylinders.
Pushing yourself out of your comfort zone in terms of your diet, exercise and now your mindset too.
In each of these areas you will have only taken one or two steps out of your comfort zone, so it shouldn't have been too difficult or challenging for you, and you will have noticed that momentum is starting to build.
Just like Dave in the Comfort Zone track, one small step at a time, you're creating a revolution in your life that will transform both you and your life beyond recognition.
And all you have to do is keep going. Keep putting one foot in front of the other and checking in each time you take another step out, just to make sure that you've got all your mind minions on board and that there's no internal resistance holding or pulling you back Solidifying each stage with new actions and consistent behaviors that reinforce your new way of being.
Remember today's that day of the week that you take you next stretch goal around your diet. This is the third stretch goal in this area so you should be getting the hang of how to best set them.
Just one more small step. Make sure you're reasonably comfortable with the last stage now, if not check in on that, maybe spend a few more days solidifying that, or take the opportunity to have a chat with yourself and dig a little deeper into what's really been holding you back in this area.
