Hello and welcome. So today we’ve got a few little bits to look at as the momentum starts to build on your 30 Day Challenge.
In case you didn’t realise, yesterday you began your first set of stretch goals in the area of your mindset, the I Love Me list, which you’re going to be adding to each day.
So today I want you to take the chance to check in with yourself by using the beliefs track to look at what you believe about your ability to do this and keep it going in the long term on multiple fronts.
Perhaps something came up for you as you were putting together your I Love Me list. Maybe it didn’t. Whatever happened for you is perfectly okay. All that’s needed is to keep checking in and dropping down deeper.
But, if nothing’s coming up for you don’t worry, because today is also the day to push yourself another step out of your comfort zone in terms of your exercise routine. Look at how you’ve performed and as always with your stretch goals set the next one appropriately. Make sure you’re out of your comfort zone, so it’s a challenge, but a reachable challenge if you push yourself.
To help you with that you’ve got access to the exercise track, which you’ll find in the Tracks section.
On the other hand, if you’ve challenged yourself properly, with your exercise stretch goal, over the last week, something should come up for you that you can use in the belief track, such as a limiting belief, or set of
beliefs, that are holding you back. If it hasn’t, you’re not out of your comfort zone!
That discomfort you feel when you step out of your comfort zone, that’s a limiting belief. Go see what’s behind it!

The Workbook is Interactive: This means you can write in it and use it on multiple devices. The easiest way to do this is to use Adobe Reader(you can get this free for your computer and as a free app on your phone). When you open the workbook in Adobe Reader you will be able to write in it and add photos to it in the photo section.
To Use it on Multiple Devices: Save the workbook in Adobe Document cloud (which is also free within Adobe Reader). Then you will be able to access the same document on your computer, iPad, phone or any other device.This means you can always access it and write in it at any time.
