Hi and Welcome to Day 16, and we're into the 3rd Week of Transformation.

In the first week we looked at your diet, last week we focused on your exercise, this week we're going to start examining your mindset, what your internal dialogue is like. Since the main aim of this challenge is around your body and your relationship to it, today's task is to begin a dialogue with yourself about your relationship with your body.

All you need to do today to get started is go the Tracks Section and listen to the Body Relationship track. Remember to write down what comes up for you in your awareness journal and keep pushing yourself with your stretch goals.

Most of all keep smiling, you're doing fantastically!
