Welcome to Day 13 of your 30 Day Challenge, and today it's time to take a moment to breathe into the new you that you are becoming!

You're now dealing with increasing stretch goals on two fronts, your diet, and your exercise. And since you've now set yourself three stretch goals in the last two weeks, you should be getting the hang of calibrating them so that they make you feel uncomfortable.

Having stretch goals in two areas should make you doubly uncomfortable. So we're going to use today just to check in with yourself and see how you're coping with making changes in two different areas.

Take some time to listen to the Inner Guide track just to check in with yourself. Ask yourself what support you need, how you feel and what's coming up for you that needs addressing before you take the step up to the next level from where you are.

Also, take a few minutes today to acknowledge the success that you've had over the last 2 weeks.

Congratulate yourself for where you've done well, be understanding for where you haven't done so well and thank yourself for your commitment and dedication you've shown in sticking to this program.

Well Done, you're doing great. Keep going, You're worth it!
