Hey and welcome to Day 12, we're closing in on the halfway stage of your challenge, and it's time to take another step of your comfort zone.
Yesterday you began your first step up in your exercise, and it's been a week since your first stretch goal around your diet. Which means it's time to take another step in the right direction.
Make a note of the day of the week, because from now on this is going to be the day you create new stretch goals around your diet each week.
So how are you going to do that? The first thing, as with everything we do, is to evaluate how you did with the last stretch goal and where you are right now.
So how did you do with last weeks stretch goal? If you managed to achieve it for the whole week - great. This time, give yourself a bigger challenge.
If you struggled a bit but generally managed to stick to it, of you had challenges but resolved them over the last week, that's the idea result we're looking for and this week give yourself a step up in a similar way.
If you're still struggling to meet your stretch goal you can either stay at the same level for a few more days until you master it, or change your stretch goal so it's a lot easier.
Remember we want you to be able to achieve them, even if it's a bit of a challenge for you to do so. So when you create you next stretch goal today, make it out of your comfort zone and something that you can achieve.
