So welcome to Day 11, and today you've got your first stretch goal around exercise.
This is just the same as last week when you took the step up around food, and remember now you're challenging yourself to do TWO steps up at the same time.
If you manage to do them without any challenge, great! Keep going.
But be aware of the possibility of it being difficult for you in some way. Keep an eye out for any internal resistance whether it's just in little thoughts of "do I have to?" or "maybe I'll just do 'x' instead." Or whether it's feelings of apprehension, discomfort or like a nagging or itch that needs scratching.
If these things arise for you, that's fine. In fact, it's a good thing! Some of your internal blocks are coming up into your awareness, which is the first and most necessary step to transformation.
Remember, it's a 30 Day CHALLENGE! It should be challenging!
When these things come up you have the skills to deal with it now! Use any of the Inner Guide, Inner Change or Beliefs track to delve deeper, look what's going on, and support yourself at a deeper level.
Remember this is a process so all you have to do today is that one step. Be aware and watch what comes up.
