Welcome to Day 10 of your 30 Day Challenge, and today's the day we're going to challenge you to set your exercise goals and bring the gift of movement into your transformation.
Yesterday you should have got clear on where you are right no in terms of your current workout routine, and started thinking about how that compares with the exercises routines of someone that achieves the goals you set for yourself.
Today's section of the workbook gives you some basic information about what kind of exercises will help you achieve your goals.
Have a look at that and then create a stretch goal for yourself that pushes you a step out of your comfort zone in terms of your exercise.
Now remember it's more important to look at where you are than where you want to be when setting a stretch goal.
For example, if your long-term goal is to be a super fit and strong CrossFit Champion, but right now you don't do any exercise at all, then it's not realistic to start trying to do full CrossFit workouts tomorrow.
Instead, it's better that your stretch goal is to go for a 10 or 15-minute walk every day this week.
When that becomes easy and comfortable, then up it.
Increase the length of your walk or try and beat your time each day so it's more of a brisk walk or jog.
Whatever you set, just make sure your stretch goal is out of your comfort zone, towards your targets and not so big that you can't do it.
