Today you have slightly more tasks than usual to set you up for the rest of your challenge.

They should take around 45 minutes in total, but if you find yourself struggling for time, you can listen to the Comfort Zone track tomorrow, when your tasks for the day will only take 5 minutes.

  2. Take Your Starting Measurements. (See Workbook)
  3. Take Your Starting Photos. (See Workbook)
  4. Take your 10 Minute Fitness Test. (See Workbook)
  5. Listen to the Comfort Zone Track. (See Today's Tracks Section)
  6. Choose Your Goal. (See Workbook)

It's Day 1, so let's keep things simple!

All you need to focus on today is getting clear on what you want to achieve over the next 30 days. To do that there are 3 things you need to do.

1) Fill Out Your Starting Position Firstly, you need to get clear on where you are right now. Before we begin any journey, the first and most important thing to know is where you're starting from. So today you're going to create your starting position, which is basically a snapshot of where you are today.

To do this, go to the Workbook. (You can download in under the 'Downloads' tab above).

In there, under "Day 1", you'll find your Starting Position broken up into 3 sections:

  • 'Your Measurements'
  • 'Your Photo Comparisons',
  • 'Fitness Test'

Start off by taking your measurements, a couple of photos of yourself and then take the quick 10-minute fitness test.

All you need is a tape measure, a camera and a small space and 10 minutes to get everything done. If you haven't got a tape measure handy, it's not easy to take your photos right now, or you're not dressed to do a fitness test, but you want to get started anyway, that's fine, just move on to the next point on the list and come back to it later today (or at worst case tomorrow).

2) Listen To The Comfort Zone Track To help you increase your motivation and get extra clarity on what you really want and what's important to you, it's time to access the first of your free gifts as part of this program.

Today, go to the Downloads section and play the "Comfort Zone" track.

You can do this directly from the site by pressing the play button. The track will be available to you for the next 3 days - just in case you don't get a chance to listen to it today, or you want another listen tomorrow. If you want to get permanent access to track you can upgrade at any time through the 'Upgrade' tab above.

When listening to the track we recommend using headphones or high-quality speakers and giving yourself 30 minutes where you won't be disturbed.

3) Set Your Goals After listening to the track, go back to the workbook, and fill out the Goal Setting Page. Use the top three sections of the page for brainstorming. Give yourself 3-5 minutes, put some uplifting music on, and just write down everything that comes to mind in response to the questions on the page.

Don't edit anything. Just write it all down. Then... take a break! Go do something else, make a cup of herbal tea, take the dog for a walk, whatever, just do something else for a few minutes.

Then come back to your page and pick ONE goal! Just one goal that you want to aim for over the next 30 days. Write that down and commit to it.

So until tomorrow enjoy your first day. It's time to get excited about being you. And remember if you want a brighter tomorrow, be brilliant – Today!
